Teaching Staff Qualifications

A higher education degree in child development, education, psychology, or a related field (preferred) but not required.

NH State Certification in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Reading/Writing Specialist and/or Special Education or NH Statement of Eligibility.

Applicants hired may be eligible to participate in the Cabrini Institute to earn Diocesan or state of NH certification.

Advancement/Marketing Coordinator ~ Part Time
The Advancement Coordinator supports the mission and growth of Holy Trinity Catholic School by leading initiatives in development, marketing, enrollment outreach, and community engagement. This role strengthens relationships with parishes, families, alumni, and donors while advancing the school’s visibility, fundraising capacity, and long‑term sustainability.
Teaching Staff Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build relationships with families, donors, pastors, and community partners.

Experience with marketing, communications, or development preferred.

Proficiency with digital tools including website editors, survey platforms, and design software (e.g., Canva, Wix, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive).

Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.

Part-Time Van Driver
We are seeking a driver for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per day for a morning and afternoon trip with our 14-passenger van from Holy Trinity Catholic School in Laconia, to St. Katharine Drexel Church in Alton, NH (approximately 30 minutes) and occasional field trips.
Qualifications

valid NH Driver's license in good standing

good organizational and navigation skills
-
pass criminal background check
-
and be a US legal resident.
Must be kind and patient with children.
No CDL required. Hours are 7:00am-8:00am and 3:00-4:00pm plus approximately 1hr per week of maintenance, vacuuming, cleaning, and refueling the van.
References and staff application required (below). Candidate must be available during the school day/year.
Holy Trinity Catholic School is partnered with Schoolhouse Educational and Therapeutic Service, LLC. with the support of the Diocese of Manchester Catholic Schools Office. Schoolhouse professional consultants will support teaching excellence and student growth through instructional coaching and mentorship, curriculum development and Cabrini Institute Courses for teacher licensure through the Department of Education or Diocesan Certificate.
