We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application.

To begin the Online Application process in FACTS Management System:

1. Create an Admissions Account in FACTS. 

2. You will receive an email containing a verification link.

3. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account.

4. Create a "New Student Application" for your child.

You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

Age Recommendations

Along with developmental assessments, we use the following guidelines to determine the best placement, though these are not exclusive and the we consider the whole child's development.

• On or before September 30th the age of your child for grade placement is:​

  • PK 3 and 4 students are three and four years old, respectively.

  • Kindergarten students are ideally five years old. 

  • First grade students are ideally six years old.

  • Screening can support entry of students to different grade levels. 

A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with each application.

 

After submitting your application, you will be able to track your admissions status in your FACTS Account.
